If you could get a wiring schematic, I suppose you could probably get it working, but as far as fitting it, there would be extensive modification to make it fit and look alright. in short, no.
I highly doubt that you will be able to get it to work, let alone fit in the dash.
That and i think it might jinx you to putting a FORD radio in CHEVY :rolleyes:

If it'd work what I thought about doing was cuttings the bottom off the dash where the stock radio is now and makin one myself

Or just buy a head unit that can read mp3 cd-r's. You can fit more than 10x the songs in mp3 format with the bitrate high enough to make it sound identical.
They aren't that expensive and usually look a lot nicer.
