Ok im thinking about doing all the people around my town a favor and get some projectors to control my HIDS. couple of questions, 1) will they house my HID bulbs....2) I have looked at these and cant tell, are both the low and high beam a projector?

Also just a generl question, what do you guys think of these? Better options or styles? Anyone ever had these before? And i know im going to have a few people say retro fit your own, but thats not gonna happen. Just not enough time in the day to work on them. Thanks for the help in advance,

From what I remember, these might need to be H3 HID bulbs. Im not sure though.
If they are, you need to have H3 HID's.

The Highs are free form, the lows are projectors.

From what I've heard, those are the most effective of projectors, but you'd be best talking to someone who has a set.

yea im seeing where most of them use an h3, which is no biggie...just order a set of h3 hids. other then that i think they look good if you like the whole halo deal, which i do. as for the highs, i guess i would just use the hid and blind the **** outta people if i happen to hit them aroudn someone.

I'm getting some of those headlights but don't know which,chrome or black, for a pewter camaro.
What color camaro you got?

Anyone have any recommendations of HID ballast brands on ebay?

mine is red with blk accents, so my choice is easy. As for yours, all depends on your other accents, but i could see either looking good for you.

well i finally got an anwser back from the seller of the set i posted. He says it will not fit HID bulbs. No reason stated just said it wouldnt work. Ive looked around and found this:

which has halo projectors, that fit hids, and comes with bumper lights, for about 300. I already have the bumper lights and HID kit, so its kinda over kill for me. I emailed him to see if they sold the healight assemblies by themselves. Hopefully so, dont really wanna drop 300 when i already have most the stuff.

I got pewter camaro with billet grille, polished aluminum c6 wheels, black painted calipers with chrome lettering. Which do you think would look better for me?

About the first ones you linked too, what style bulb did it use? I think all the Projector halos use an H3 type bulb. If it uses the 9006 bulb like stock you can still get HID lights, you'll just have to get the right type of bulb with your HID kit.

Sounds like you have a chrome theme going on so you might want to go with chrome headlights.

Personally, I think the chrome looks too much like an altezza, so I wouldn't even consider it, but it would match your theme nicely, you might be able to pull it off.

Thats what I'm afraid of with the chrome halos. But black doesnt seem to go too well from what ive seen.

Also lilchubby, what HID ballast do you have?

i belive it uses a h3...i dont think the problem is in a h3 not working, cause all you whave to do is use the supplied harness to make it work. i think the issue is the HID bulb not working. i belive it is because the HID bulb is bigger and acutally doesnt fit in the capsule.

I think the chrome would be best for you, with all the other accents i dont think it would be to "altezzaish" (if thats a word.)

Lifetime warranty. I'm scared of buying the ones with just a 1 yr warranty.

I check over at ls1tech and found no problems with an H3 HID bulb not fitting.
Could you post or pm where you got your ballast.
