Mine dosent work on my 95 camaro, one bulb looks burnt out, and the other is pritty new, and nether lights up. Is it one of those deals whare if one is broken then nether works? Or is my wireing messed up?

And also, I just notised that one of my brake lights comes on when I brake but not when I turn the lights on, is there a way I could ether fix this? Or make the other one do the same? I kinda wanna make the other one do it too that would actualy look cool with my blacked out tail lights
