airbag sensor location

me and a friend of mine are about to begin removing the front clip of his 98 parts car for his front end conversion. are there any impact sensors for the airbag system we should look for, or is the system run solely off of the lateral G meters in the dash?

I belive it is just the lateral G sensor in the center console.

i thought there was an impact sensor in front of the windshield washer reservoir

the one you can see from the top of the engine bay looking down with the hood open?

there is some sensor that is literally on the washer fluid bottle

its almost directly in the middle, behind the hood latch

Yeah, that'll be the washer pump ;)

As stated above.. the unit under the center console contains the sensors.
