I went away for vacation to Maine (crappy) from the 19 to today, the 26th.
The camaro sat the the whole time, was in perfect running condition before she was parked.
I get home today, go for a ride to see if all is well.
Put down the windows.
Go to wal-mart. Put the windows up. I can see the tint mark on my drivers side window. Not usual.
Leave wal-mart, put windows down. Use the "auto" down feature, but window doesnt make it all the way down, only a very little bit is showing.
Go to CVS. Window makes it half way up. PCM resets itself. I can tell by only 1 horn honk when locked (I have it set for 2) and when I left, the Speedo went full range.
Go home, start to diagnose.
I can turn the car on, put the window up some, then it will stop.
Turn it off and on again, and can do the same thing.
Not a putter-slow stop; an ubrupt stop.
If I push it up to a certian degee, There is a buzzing noise under the dash.
Push it down and I get one click the first time, then a different one the second.
Anyone know where the BCM (body control module) is? Could this be the culprit?
Thanks for your help.
