lights flickers

during nights,,all the car lights flickers,i mean inside and outside,,why?? also the check gauges light flickers some time but all my gauges seem ok,so why it flickers?? but the engine performance does not seem to be affected.

sometime ok sometimes close to the redzone,never stays in one place,keeps moving trough the gauge. and also my speedometer moves like crazy and sometimes dont work. but as i said before, engine performance is not affected.,,,on cold starts, volt meter gauge is as high as it can get,,but as soon the car warms up,,it drops almost in the red zone.

Your alternator is on its way out, time for a replacement. Best to nail it in the bud now before it leaves you stranded somewhere.
