Dumbfounded????????

Anybody ever have problems with their radio n windows not working even though the car is on? I'm thinkin its got 2 do with da ignition. Any advice would help alot.

Body Control Module. (BCM) is either bad or going. I'm not sure, but its the BCM.

Not da ignition.

I dont have power windows...but my radio flips off then back on while I am driving..especially when I hit large bumps...Im pretty sure it is my bcm, as sometimes when I put the key to the reverse position to play the radio, I get a ding, followed by the security flashing and no radio lol...

I would look for a short somewhere if it doesn't do it all the time, check grounds.

is there a list of all the grounds somewhere? Also, something you might wanna try (which I havent yet) is make sure the connections to the BCM are ok...I heard of people having corroded connections on their bcm, and when they cleaned it up everything was ok again...

I would check the relays that the BCM controls as well. They are under the dash in the area of the BCM.

grounds are the worst. check the body to engine ground.
