does anyone know if the Control Module - Ignition if it is going bad will it make the check engine light come on?

Have your codes scanned and see what code pops up.

It shouldn't...run it by like an auto parts(napa, advanced auto, autozone idk what they have in OK lol) store and the can scan it for free and tell you what it is for shure

well thats the thing the light is not on but keeps dieing randomly and sometimes start back up and others not and when its not starting it is not getting fire to the coil

Mine did that back when I needed Coolant, it went off for a couple of hours only to come back on later that day.
