So if I'm seeing this right, he has three turbos, with the one that's in the engine bay. I'm not sure of the benefits of it, seeing as how you can't go over 21 lbs of boost without grenading the motor. He went through a lot of effort to get it together though, so I wish him luck acheiving whatever it is he's going for.
I believe he's getting rid of whatever is in the engine bay. I only scanned through it but it looked like a supercharger or something similar. I'm sure if this guy wanted to he could make it withstand more than 21 psi anyways. I mean, look at what he's doing now. He's got a lot of time on his hands but it's time well spent.
21 PSI if his engine is built which it probably is since he was running over 500 HP & TQ, his turbos could go 30-40 PSI if he wanted, his car is a cobra or a gt so it is a V8. I just think that where there located would be a pain to track down problems and heat issues.

its a built 4v motor, if i had to guess im sure it can hold well more than 21psi, F1's arent a joke, if the motor isnt built to take it it wouldnt last 16k miles.
current car- 95 Trans am- bolt ons, parked and collecting dust. why? because **** it
Something goes wrong , you'll be pulling everything apart people in the back seat will have heat warmers also,LOL , I like acessability and open space so ,one can work on it. Mine I'll be able to put the stock pipes back on, and unbolt the turbo and downpipe
I agree. That's not the best way to go. Plus we know remote turbos are not the best compare to conventional setup.
I know those superchargers can run up to like 38LBS of boost but it works the chargers hard where a turbo would be loving it , so I would imagine hes going to be running between 30-40 PSi, if he was at 500 HP before probably running 20 PSI + with the F1 or so, so hes looking to run some higher boost with the turbos and more HP. Here I am just looking for maybe around 12-15 PSI max and 350-400 WRHP.LOL

I certainly hope he's planning on selling the idea, or at least getting a job somewhere with the idea. It really would seem like a lot of spinning and no forward motion on the alternative.

Are we aiming low or.. just being conservative? Gas mileage is nice too.. but so is power. I don't think I could handle too much.
I wouldn't think with what hes building, hes going to worry about gas mileage.LOL
