The under K style is a much bigger PITA in my own opinion. That is why I have spent so much time working on the kit and changing the setups. I still have not connected my DP, and I spent alot of time re-routing hoses and wires all in the engine.
My plan is to notch the K-Member and add a 3 inch (1/2 circle) diameter pipe and then route a three inch pipe underneath. I would just buy an aftermarket K-member, but I have been trying to save $. If I had known back then what I know now then I would DEFINETLY have slapped my turbo on the back of the car and been driving by now. My only problem was finding adequate room for a turbo and muffler. It is simply too loud without a muffler for my tastes. A front mount has much more bling however!

The scavenge pump and intercooler are very simple, and I can't see why anyone would complain (with the exception of the noise). You really need an IC regardless of the setup.
do u have any pics of your oil feed setup to give me a better idea of whats going on with that?

Get a 255 regardless of how much boost.

Look here and hopefully you can see some of what I did. See post #84:

Let me break it down for you.

I am using 5/16 transmission hose (very, very durable) that is routed from and engine oil cooler and adapter unit. You can get these universal for an F-body. You want to use brass NPT fittings. The routing on an F-body will be different, and you will need nylon straps to fasten it to the frame and body. The 5/16 hose transitions to a flow control orifice that I purchased from McMaster Carr. There it are barbed fittings that attach the hose to the orifice. From the orifice it transistions to a another hose and a check valve that shuts off pressure when the motor is off. From the check valve it transitions to a 1/4 hose to the turbo where a .32 oil restrictor awaits.

The oil pump is switched via relay to the engine on ACCESSORY, and it runs full time. The outlet hose from the turbo to the pump is 5/8. From the pump back to the oil pan is 3/8.
You really need a 4 to 5 inch drop from the turbo to the pump to prevent pooling inside the turbo when the pump is not running. This is more difficult on the Camaro/Firebirds. The other option is to run the pump for 20 seconds after the motor is turned off (Use a TURBO TIMER if you want).
