got a new rear end im trading for my springs with a new torsen carrier, putting it in tomorrow

i finished out the exhaust and its 100% complete now, and i just made a turn down for my cutout and eventually ill make it come over the axe and make the car have dual tips since my muffler is single in/out

btw. ssms, My tranny is guaranteed by the gentlemen putting it together. He told me that my lil 3.8 wont ever break it. unless it gets over 500 and i abuse it. I cant destroy it simply because i dont have the TORQUE of a v8to EFF with the internals (he claims). SOO in turn :rock: im gonna go through with it.

..oops, there is definitely some tension going on. but hey everyone lets just be nice. after all this is a forum...and FONDLE you seem to have your head on straight for the most part. i mean hell. i couldn't do a turbo built solo.

i personally love this thread! its an inspiration to me. i mean 700 for the setup...wow. makes me want to do my own. i would definately need help though. just curious fondle but where did you get your resources to be able to know where to run the piping etc.?

i just tried to get the pipe as high as i could for the most clearance, i might end up having do re do a couple depending on how the car sits when u get it back on the ground, but its a learning process, this is my first boosted car, and my first turbo build so im still learning

i hope to get the car done today so i can drive it, but it all depends on when the rear gets in, i have lost motivation recently and im not sure why, i havent gotten much done but its so close to being done, but im just sick of working on it

what bout the things like mounting the intercooler etc? did you follow someone elses write up?
