Is it drivable yet? I probably wont need to remind you but do tell how it performs both before and after the turbo lag, like around what RPM will it start pulling harder...

it would be drivable if i had the right carrier for my rear end

i broke my old rear, and i didnt want to fix it because it was a mess, so i got a new one for free but it had a open diff (one tire fire) , so i need a posi for it, but i think i found a guy with one local so hopefully today

ill let you know where boost comes in once its on the street

ok so if it does turn out to be too low....is there anyway where instead of running new pipe you could make some kind of skid plate so to speak where it would protect the pipes?

i dont see why you would need training to be able to weld, its fairly simple, looking at the welds i dont see any pin holes but if there are you can hear and feel them and i can fix them

Thats like saying "i dont see why anybody would need training to be a pilot"
welding exhaust pipe is one thing, wleding anything to last is a whole other story. Having become a certified welder I know this. Im sure what you have done for your exhaust will work fine for your application. I'm not knocking the quality of what you did. Though I can't agree with a broad statment like that. I have been welding for years now and i have seen lots of welds that looked good but did not hold up due to lack of penetration or porosity among other issues. Again the only reason i am bringing this up is to keep people from thinking it's something anybody can just jump right into and lay a bead like somebody thats had professional training or years of experience. I'm trying to help people avoid things going wrong.

this is true, i didnt buy the welder yesterday and decide to make a turbo build, ive been welding for over a year now, and i dont think im a professional by any means but i think the quality of of my welds will hold up
