Got it all done was a pain since I didn't want to bend the metal much doing the cutting, the piece was 36" X 36" 's , and the fans are rated at 1600 CFM each , it rained today so I will be installing it tomorrow, My dremel took a dump so this is using a hand grinder and cordless jigsaw which gave me more problems than it was worth , habor frieght cheap blades and jigsaw. But came out better than I thought, took me on/off about a week since I had to rest after I worked on it for about a hour. Heres some pics, I will be drilling holes for some ties to go through and attach to the radiator. As some aftermarket builders suggested I left about 1/2" or so on each side to be open for straight flow past the fan shroud. Also the center will be like a V shaped so excess air will be down forced into the engine bay. I read up on it a little before deciding to do it. This will give me about 4 "'s more clearance for the turbo. It would be alot better if the front sway bar could be redesigned so it sets either up more about 5" or back.

I feel kind of sad though I wanted to do all the work myself mostly, So i could say I installed this when people look at it. Oh well , its the only way its going to get done, my back feels 10x worse than last year, when I started buying parts, I bought the turbo 2-20-09.
