yeah well. I Got to see the corvettes and camaro's first hand and theres well over 50 grand into JUST the engines.
But hey. I guess you have a point. I could just let them eff around with it and see what happens. I mean...if they eff up and im out a engine. Then dennis will just assure that i get it fixed.
Dude. Really, we're not impressed. $50k into an engine? That really better say Shafiroff or Musi on the valvecovers or they got robbed. $50k will get you the baddest big block you can imagine. Hell, this just sold for $32k.

738 Nitrous Engine Went 6.23 @ 226.96 / 2650 lbs
Just freshened with new rods. Absolutely ready to race with our personal nitrous tune up included. One of the most reliable and best performing 738's ever built! You will not be disappointed.
This thread is going no where ^ agree with mrhobbz. I can't see anyone putting $50,000 into a engine unless $30,000 was in labor.

1400hp is what there aiming for to the wheels. Its an ls2 stroker 377 that pushes 10-almost 11 grand rpms.
1400 useless hp because there is no way it gets traction on the street unless they have some massive slicks on it as well.
people are getting ripped off if that is what they charge to do things. geez. And being from michigan here and never hearing about them is a little weird too unless they don't do much in the fbody crowd that meets up on mifbody.com.
Heres a Corvette that weighs 3400lBs and with twin turbos makes 1800 WRHP with twin turbos, this is one bad@ss Vette, I could see 50,000 going into. http://corvettemajor.com/

Hell, if they were going to speed 15,000 , just buy a LS1 for $5000-$8000 and mod it, with $7000-$10000 in mods you should get into the 10's pretty easy.

I don't know if its correct , but it sounds good.
