so long story short I got the fuel rail adapter from metco motorsports, and it must have had a bad thread. Spun it on with my fingers + two turns of the wrench = F***ing leaking. Anyone ever have a similar problem?

Did you unscrew the pin inside of it and take it out of the fuel rail? Then use some paste or teflon tape on the threads so it help stops leaks.
