I have made a custom log manifold with 60trim turbo. When reving or holding the throttle at 2000 rpm manifold glows red could fuel trim be lean, rich or could this be normal.

How long are you reving it? If a long time i wouldn't advise it, the log type manifolds are not that big of pipping maybe 2" and it is cast iron so its going to glow esp. after a long run and being warm outside. So I would say the size of the piping and the size of your DP, your DP should be 3" I would think so you can get most the heat out. I know its common for turbo mani's to glow thats why they build them in 14-16ga steel or cast iron so they can withstand the expansion and cooling down over long periods of time. If not built right thats where people have problems with cracks and warping of the pipes.
Off the topic kind of, but this is why I chose to go under the K with 3" oval pipping 16ga. and 3' mandrel bent DP back to the exhaust. AZ gets really hot in summer time.

I was to lean add more fuel that stop manifold from glowing red.
Have a lot of tuning to do

I hope you have a wideband, since you in Texas you'll have hotter temps there too.
