Thanks for the tip on the RK Sport lower air dam... I'll check into that if we have a cooling problem with the A/C all working. The line I had made leaked. I'm back to having someone else make the line. Grrrrr. Frustrating ;) That's part of custom stuff.. working out the bugs till it's right.
Would guy's be interested in a Grille Kit like that? It would not be a problem to duplicate them. Also thought about making a front re-bar out of cage tubing that bolts on and accepts Intercoolers.

I'm about ready to turbo our 2006 TrailBlazerSS with the LS2 in it. So I'll have a decent base tune for a stock engine.
Most of the times guy's use the truck manifolds for your car and re-locate the front accrys for room. I have 2 sets of truck manifolds now.

Do you have any tip in issues with an LS1 TB? How is drive-ability and are you auto or manual?? Would like to hog out my spare intake and do a similar set up :)

I have a extra LS1 throttlebody I could sell you.. And I can also do the Intake porting and mods for a reasonable price.

This has perfect throttle responce. I tweaked the MAF scale a little from stock in HPTuners but it was not that far off. I can share that file with anyone interested in it.

Scott, how far off is the LS1 tb from fitting a stock L36 intake manifold? We have a discussion about spacers going in the nitrous section. If it would be possible to run an LS1 throttle body plate, that would be all kinds of AWESOME.

The manifold opening is so much smaller than the LS1 Throttle body is one major problem.

The second is the stock V6 manifold is fed coolant from passages in the intake to the throttlebody and they need to be tapped and plugs put in.. then epoxy'd shut.
THen open up the manifold to match the LS1 throttlebody.

There are IAC things that need to be done since it routes different and different connectors that go to the TPS. Another port in the Throttlebody needs to be epoxy'd shut as well.
It's not a bolt on and go process.

Almost 10,000mi got put on the setup this summer by him.

His job requires him to travel with sales calls. The worst he got MPG was 21 and the avarage was 25MPG.

Planning on putting it away for the winter and making a few changes... Rear suspension..Adjustable torque arm.. shocks and Frame/unibody connectors.

Other than that a good year for the car!

Hey Scott like the set up by the way. I have question or better yet I need some help with my turbo set up. I have been trying to figure out why I'm not making boost I took off my intercooler and ran my set up with no intercooler and saw 5psi~ that with the wastegate blocked off I know I have an exhaust leak but I can't seem to find it I already had my passenger side header rewelded. I think that is where my exhaust is leaking from but I'm not sure I also think that it maybe from my passenger side header but I want to get a stethoscope to hear it though

I would clean up the pipes some too see if they have rustd through and for great seals use some V bands on the connections. But I'm sure Scott will have some better answers for you. Good luck

I think the piece in the first picture is the thing leaking but I'm not completely sure that's why I want to get a stethoscope to listed to the whole exhaust

Looks like your o2 sensor is not fully seated in that first pic.
