I thought a FMIC was a no no with theses units... ?
you can run an intercooler with the powerdyne, worth it? unsure, only a few have done it that I have came across so I am unsure on results. Need more to do it to find out, I have seen some that had good results and others that were not impressed with results so far. But just a couple guys, I am thinking 3-4 that I have seen tried it.
Well you'd have to properly size the FMIC. Just guessing and buying off ebay wouldn't be the way to do it. A 3psi boost drop is kinda big, we had an FMIC on a Typhoon and only lost 1psi @ 25. People constantly use improper metrics when it comes to forced induction.
Boost pressure is the measure of restriction in the engine. More boost is not always more better. I'd much rather make 400hp with 1psi, versus 400hp with 20psi. Your main goal should always be effective and efficient airflow.

Stop using big words if u want me to understand...
Im very tempted to run an intercooler, correctly sized, with this pending setup.;)
I ran one for about 2 weeks and took it off, I could smell the internal belt burning, it does put too much stress on the car, it dropped my intake temps 60 degrees, so instead of 220 degrees it ran at 160 degrees, lost 2-3 PSI ,30X 8 X 3 I think it was. When I installed my cam I lost 2 PSI also since it is a blower cam. So I went from stock 3.12, ASP grooved 3.12, 2.90, 2.80, 2.60, 2.25( which slipped too much to run, 2.6 was showing high of 11 PSI and low 8 PSI, which dynoed 288 WRHP / 330 TQ. I never got a chance to get it dynoed after the 928 rebuild& methanol but it felt alot quicker, also blew 3rd gear in the car.

So my truck is finally getting some work done, after 17 years, Oil pressure sensor went out and it’s located under the lower intake manifold. Have to...
