I pretty much know how my whole turbo kit is going to go. i just have one question i have know idea about. Of course a turbo has a oil feed line and oil return line. Where should i tap into the engine for the oil feed line. (and How will the oil reach the turbo once connected to that place) and the other question is were to put the oil return line on the engine (And once again how will it make it back to the engine) These are probably stupid questions and i might know the answers already but just to make sure all of you who have a turbo build please let me know so when i do mine ill already know thanks.

You wil need an oil restrictor beacuase turbos require less oil pressure than would be supplied. As for the return you would need to weld a bung onto the oil pan and let the oil gravity feed back to the pan. There are other ways but these seems to be the most common.Last edited by Unique96Camaro; 11-30-2010, 12:32 AM.

Re: Turbo Question
I cant remember the size of restrictor I ran w/ my T70, but it was a -4AN braided line. Went from the oil pressure sensor location (had a t-fitting there), to the turbo. Then I got a -10AN return line that went from the turbo to the oil pan. There is a return line kit that I got and it was like $40 for a -10AN braided stainless line, 1 45* fitting, and a weld in -10AN fitting. Worked very nicely.
