These damm coolant lines are driving me crazy, they leak then I fix the leak and then they leak again. I'm going to try some different lines and see if they will work right. Thry really are getting old, worse comes to worse I'll have to take them off the heater core and delete the heater.
You live in AZ, not like you're going to need one LOL
Man, the turbo is looking really good!

Thats true , I never used the heater anyways just the A/C. I'm going to have to go to ACE hadrware and get the fitting , I have the ones coming off the tensioner already so that helps.

looking good man..doing the A/C like that gives you a good amount of room...is your passenger side manifold routed forward or is it routed like stock then to the front to the turbo?

looking great, i've been thinking about redoing my a/c line to make room, and it looks like it is well worth it!! by the way, there is a special socket to remove the oil pressure sender. so that it doesn't get boogered up.

Found my fittings at ACE hope to get them on tomorrow, and test them out , I hope no leaks this time since theres less pressure and easier to setup.

No problem, its just hard getting the oil sensor socket out sometimes plus its the old sensor, I have a new one but if that one is working fine I'm not going to replace it.

Got the coolant lines fixed must be lesser pressure off the tensioner than where I had them. No leaks , still waiting for a 2.5" T bolt clamp to finish the intercooler pipping , then just need to finish the exhaust although the open downpipe sounds pretty mean. LOL I tapped the TB for my methanol injection just need to run the line and wiree it up and tune it since you can adjust it anyway you want.

I did my test run and blew the couplers off some of them , I think I'm going to redo the pipping in 2.5" so I have more space to work with. Plus I have a small oil leak from the oil sensor area so I'm going to have to break it down again , oh well. Also what size pipping are you guys running?
