No offense taken Steve. I'm just glad you got it going. I may go turbo down the line but for the time being the powerdyne suits the situation. With that said my tuner keeps trying to get me to go turbo. If he would be willing to help who knows what will happen.

If your in a cool state where the temps are not that bad the Powerdyne will get you 300 at the wheels and not break inteernal belts and bearings all the time. But if you can go with a turbo even better, I think you like it better.

Congrads man . Boost coming on at 3k..thats nice. What boost controller do you have? manual or electronic? When the car has been sitting can you feel oil on the bottom of the turbo? How do you like that BOV..I have the same one which has been sitting around till i start my build.

Thanks, BOV is great, but buy your parts now since their discontinuing the 50mm BOV, boost is around 3K , I think its below but I was trying to watch the road.LOL I have a AEM electric boost controller but its too confusing so I'm using a manual TurboSmart boost controller, I think I'm going to put in the 12lb spring and be done with it.

I think I found the oil problem wasn't turbo related. Theres no sign of oil on the turbo.

I have the same BOV but idk if its the 50mm..yeah its pretty fun trying to watch the road and gauges at the same time:P. Dont know if this will help but i found a AEM video for a boost controller. Also found a turbo smart installation page http://www.turbosmartonline.com/index.php?s=downloads http://www.aemelectronics.com/tru-bo...ller-gauge-757 Just remember with a spring boost levels can fluctuate.

I went back and downloaded the install instructions to make sure its hook up right and it is, so I went through the progtaming what you posted and it helped alot. Thanks again, just waiting for some couplers to get the pipping up another 3-4 inches.

Well I finally got my couplers and got the intercooler pipping up , changed the oil , took it out and got some great #'s using the AEM boost controller , I think I saw it hit 11PSI at one time. It averaged about 9 PSI so I;m thankful I went back to it. Now I just need to put the front bumper back on and go to the dyno, I was going to wait but temps here are getting high plus the 45 min. drive over to the dyno is going to warm it up alittle. Methanol still not working so I'm going to look into what I messed up there. Car feels great though love the blow off sound. LOL
