i've had snails speeding through my mind for the last 2 days... i'm starting my build, and ssms got me wondering if i should go bigger.
i've got a .48exhaust \.60compressor garret GN turbo
I was running the same turbo as you it gave me good quick spool but it fell short on top end because I maxed it out since it was so small on the exhaust side and I needed to push more psi for power after that I upgraded to a .63 a/r exhaust and a 70 A/R compressor twinscroll turbo I liked it although it was not like the smaller turbo in spool characteristics it gave me more power with less psi
I never took it to the dyno or measured how much horsepower I was making. It's a clone from a Garrett Gt30 I ran a oil restrictor to keep the turbo happy
