You'll also need a boost-a-pump. A single Walbro isn't enough to support that much on a boosted V6.

And if you plan on taking the car to the strip often you might want to look at getting a bigger pump or a Lonnies double pump set up.

No need to buy it right away, if you plan on dyno tuning it and are okay with possibly running out of injector or pump on the dyno. Make sure you're running a pressure gauge on the rails when doing this if you see the pressure dropping stop! If tuning on the street, definitely have a 100+hp of headroom. (Which is what your fuel system should be anyway)
where should i get the fuel pump (Link please) and what do you mean 100hp of head room? cause i am doing a street tune

Honestly man it's a bad idea to try and street tune a car that you plan on making 600whp in. You'll run out of road in a hurry, then you might want to tune at the track but you won't get enough runs in to really get things dialed in.

      Pump + Harness

You'll also need to order the optional PBIC and get a boost-a-pump. Several companies out there make them but I believe easy performance is the cheapest.

Go http://www.easyperformance.com/ and look for flow charger.

But 100hp of head room I mean your fuel system should be able to handle at least 100hp MORE than you plan on making just for safeties sake.

Who is tuning the car also? I hope someone who has lots of experience!!!

      Edit:

Also just curious of how much $$ you have into the car now?

So the top link is a new fuel pump right and then a boost a pump is something to help that pump out correct?

Well im not really sure about the tuning all i know is i dont have a dyno that i can get for cheap, so street tune is all i have.

and as of now probably $1800 body and interior
                  1800 transmission
                  900 turbo kit
                  4000 motor
and will have 700 fuel system and 900 electronics

this guy im pretty sure will know what hes doing he builds race cars all the time and if not i know alot in the business that will help tune it.

And if theirs some things we are not sure about i will ask you guys. Any advice you can give me on tuning right now?

So i got alot done today as far as piping goes hot and cold sides.

The cold side i completely finished and routed it a different way which i like alot check it out.

From the out of the intercooler the piping does a u turn than a 90 degree bend up the radiator.

from their it goes a 90 degree into the engine bay where i cut the top of the radiator fin things, which makes the pipe clear the hood a bit better. but the pipe did not clear the hood just yet so i cut the hood right where the pipe is and its right where the ws6 scoop is and worked perfect. (also might cool the intercooler piping a bit who knows). And then it goes into the turbo which is mounted on the passenger side high up.

As far as the hot side y pipe i got most ran to the driver s and passenger side ff headers. Only thing is when the motor is done being build i need to put all the belts, pully, ect on to make sure the ff headers clear and to add a little bit more piping to the top of the y pipe (a 90 degree i think). Then weld on the wastegate, wideband bung and done with the turbo kit

at the end of the day

Yes the top link is for the pump and harness you will need to run it, and then the bottom link was for the boost-a-pump.(It ups the voltage to the pump to give you more flow for short bursts)

Hey man you gotta pay if you wanna play, there is no way you can street tune a 600whp car 100% even a 400whp car is super hard to do on the street. A good dyno tune is perfected on the street. You should be able to rent a dyno for a couple hundred for most of a day. I prefer dynapack dyno's myself.

Tuning advice is basically make sure you have a wideband, and Lt1 or LS1 maf and work from there. Don't take timing past 21° advance at WOT and if you can't run 17° of timing you have to drop the boost. The HPT forums have a wealth of info too. But honestly I would just hand the car over to someone who has lots of experience tuning, even if you have to pay. The difference between a good tune and a bad tune is your motor.

8 pounds daily is nothing. Honestly I would just take it to 25psi (approx) and leave it there once it's tuned. You won't need to go WOT when daily driving, trust me. But honestly I think that the turbo kit is going to be your biggest restriction, might limit your HP.

What size are your primaries, downpipe and IC piping?

                          Fi

                          First what is WOT?

                          And its 2.5 everywhere.
