Hey 28 seconds into the video were it shows were the thermastat is and theirs that hole above that usually runs to something and then to the manifolds what does that do and can i just delete it to make room for the log style headers. Cause i see they deleted it what all needs to be done to do that? let me know thanks
You mean where the EGR goes? If you're in an emissions state you need it. Cartuning kit retains it ;)
:banana:Yay for no emissions in RR lol Do i just plug the whole on the manifold get rid of the egr. What about the plug, will unplugging it make the engine run bad?
Well if your fabbing the turbo headers just dont make the hole for the egr...but if it has the hole already i believe they sell block off plates or you can make it yourself pretty much..and also since your gonna have no egr your gonna have to tune it out with hp tuners
Wait, Is that a V6 or V8? 1990 Chevrolet C-K 1500 series 4.3L .. 5spd
1994 JDM Euno Roadster 1.8L 5spd Bolt Ons.. etc 2000 Camaro 3.8L Auto Bolt Ons..etc
Its easy to ditch and ZZP makes block off plates for it , but you'll def. need to tune it out for the code it will set off, I deleted mine and used the wire for my widebaand for HPtuners before I got the PRO Version. Make sure you use some copper RTV on the plates, it seals up so much better.

What do you mean used the wire for your wideband and hptuners? K once its all done ssms can you help with all the tuning please.
If you don't have pro version and you want your HP Tuners to read what your wideband is reading , you use a .5 volt wire off the EGR so it picks up the signal, theres threads in the PCM scetion for the formula , but I just look down at my wideband at WOT , to make sure its on the proper A/F ratio.
