ok so i have been looking around for ages for things to do a turbo 3.8 like uniques which is very cool but i mean those seem like alot of work and pain so i was thinking of makeing a rear mounted turbo kit for a 3.8 it sounds simpler.

i know it dosent lag like you would think i mean i dont wont 130mm turbo i just wont something to have fun with and be a daily driver.here is a video of a rear mounted lt1.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdjh3EY6shU

but i did have a few questions about if i did the rear mounted would it be better to have a oil pump from my pan to the turbo then another pump up to my covers and my air intake for the turbo i mean i know the sts intake are right where the other muffler would be but that dosent seem like a good place to be sucking in air from so.but im going to draw out some ideas and thing how to salve the air intake deal and also whats a good turbo to push like 250 horses.

You can get a GT35R but thats some bank right there, but they make a knock off on ebay thats much cheaper with the same .63 AR and 70mm housing or a alitttle bigger one thats a cheaper price would be a T70 turbo with a .68 A/R . With my GT35R with one run at 7-8 PSI and the car goiing from 55-65 made 277 WRHP. Shut it down do to a oil leak.

Its not a real gT35R but the specs are good plus you don't need water going to it. Price is great. Might as well go for it my Garrett GT35R was $1360 retail $1600.

Srs single system is 3k? Its decently reasonable.

was gna rear mount mine til i asked a 3.8 guy and he said they tend to not do very well unless its a really small turbo.
