Ill have to check aeroforce gauge this out for my self, it gets too damn hot here in Houston.
I like them , I run 2 Aeroforce gauges and their outstanding.

Not to thread jack, but is there anything that I could read to gain some more knowledge on PD's on our cars? Im building a motor and will be running a PD, as some of you already know.
Well PD on the most part is a street level entry SC. The belt limits it to 10psi, but 928 people has improved it's cfm from 850 to 1200-1300 and they've been able to safely run this blower at 15psi.
PD is good to our stock engines and it's even better with a cam set up. Grayman has an excellent write up on this. Just search his site here.
If you plan on running more than 10psi then you might as well go Turbo.
Do to the internal belt on the PD , I would say 6-7 PSI would be max if you want your belt to stay intact and have a DD. Thing about 928 is they rebuild their superchargers after every race, so thats how they get around not breakiing parts. I had mine done from 928 when I had my PD and it was the worst money I ever spent. After looking at what they did I could of done it for $300 instead of dishing out $1200.

Woojong... holy cow. I remember you from way way back then. You still have your Firebird that you converted to a TA body?
FMU is good if you only have stock injectors and they are usually good for up to 9-10psi of boost.
If you have 42 injectors and HP Tuner you don't need FMU anymore.
Good to see you are still around too brother.
holy cow. how could you remember me.. thanks...and good advice
i will tell you what my situation is..
when i got powerdyne first i set TRC-1 actually mechanic set it but he couldnt set it exactly
so the engine blow 3times... because of nocking.. so i was so sick of that setting with stock moter
so i challenged below's set up
8.5:1 forged internal, pd 9psi, intercooler, ls-1 injectors, texas- data pcm tuning
, FMU, MAFtranslator, CIA header, Magnaflow exhaust, 1.8rockerarm slp, 255 welbro
,ngk tr-6, msd coil and wires
eventhough i had texas -data pcm tuning i had to set FMU and MAF translator because of A/F ratio
my FMU is sard's one which i can use any fuel pressure so i got 10:1 A/F on top rpm
with above mods.. but at that time.. the crank main bearing had some noise it was rubbed
but i ignored it so i could drive supercharging bird but the power was not enough to me
so i tried to make boost more from p/d... so i had many problem with bearings...as you know.. hehet anyway
after 4years later the main bearing was broken and the moter was blow
hmm at that time i made up my mined i go stock engine with pd setup
because the forged internal C/R was so low for my boost.. so the power was not enough
for me..
so i figured out if i use p/d with the stock moter it will more useful
so i tried to set p/d with used moter but that moter didnt have enough oil pressure
1 month later it blowed again..... my god~~~ :( so bad thing for me..
this time so i got good used moter now
actually i was so sure just stock moter with just FMU and 6psi without no pcm tuning
makes 230-40 rwh power
but yet i didnt have experience about that setting..
eventhough i sure but on the other hand i blowed my engine many times.. so i was so
worried. it might happen again.
:) but a few days ago i set it again with stock pully and stock p/d impeller
with mainthings(plug pcv,6psi,ngk tr6)
at that time i didnt set boost gauge but i could the boost working and car act like it had supercharger....
so far i feel good actually in these days i dont have time to drive bird... just i drove
it once after setting hehet~ anyway
from now... i have to make plan next setting..
now~
my car mods is
6psi, FMU, slp 1.8rocker, CIA headers, Magaflow 3" exhaust, msd ignition coil and wires,
ngk tr-6, and now my car has T-5 trans mission.. i swaped it but still i have A4 stock pcm
so my cluster's speed is not exact.
and i just have p/d small pully for 9psi, 928 motersports bullet impeller, 42.5 lucas injectors? maybe.. and ls-1 injectors that is all i have
and now im planning buy 255 welbro fuel pump and in january get hptuner...
hmm
2.8bird~~~~ you said to me stock injectors handle 9-10psi.....
so i think next mod
just add 928 impeller with stock pully and 255walbro pump..
how do you think? just that mod?
or just add 928 impeller without 255walbro pump
will it be ok? 9-10psi with stock injectors, stock fuel pump
in this case i think i have to set FMU more exactly..
hmm which setup will be good for me?
im worried if stock fuel pump can make enough fuel pressure or not
and how big horse power can i make from 9-10psi with my setup?
hehet~ long story with poor english..... isnt it?
i dont have good english skill.. plz.. understand me.. hehet thanks...again..

It also depends on the type of gas there is in Korea. Do you guys have high octane fuel? 92 and above is the most ideal and you don't to retard your timing too much.
If I remember in 2003 you said that gas in Korea is not that good and ideal to boosted cars.
you so smart guy :) yes here octane is not so good. but we have also high octane fuel..for
premium... but it is expensive... almost 1.9$ for 1 liter
anyway nomally 89-91 and premium is 92over i think...
:)

Sounds like you need to pull timing , and need a wideband with Hptuners to tune it properly , a mail order tune is worthless when it comes to FI.

Wideband is a O2 sensor that is 5 wire so it monitors your Air/Fuel ratio so you know if it is running rich or lean to optimize your fuel. Running lean will blow your motor quick esp. if your running FI/ supercharger. I have a PLX-300 wideband that I have been using for over 10 years now. There about $300 or around there and mounts before the CAT.

after tuning for my turbo, i think, fuel management systems are a horrible idea for boosted applications. because you will still be running way to much timing. so you might as well get hptuners and take care of everything.
