most n20 companys base there "100hp" shot as 100hp to the wheels. so like 340 at the crank

You have $450 initial $30 for plugs and $250 a year for bottle fill ups, plus you still don't get to do those random mustang beatings when the come up beside you late at night on an open highway ;)

      sure, purge and go

Why would you DD a cam'd and spray 3800 Fbody, when a turbo car like mine, is faster and gets better mileage?

because you have a $5,000 kit, i would hope you can DD it. Im saying a hand built kit like most of us broke people do usually, isnt DD friendly.

To everyone who keeps asking, YES BONE STOCK MOTOR

who keeps asking? 3800II can handle boost stock, this is old news. Especially since ppl are pushing over 20psi on stock everything pretty much.

Gotta warm up the bottle, make sure the bottle is full, turn the bottle on etc.. etc.. unless you leave it open which is a no no, or you have a remote bottle opener which is expensive as hell. Or at least there were when I still had an N2O car.

Trust me I'm pretty damn broke as well, but the actual car the turbo kit is in needs some work, the engine bay and floors are starting to show their age. I'm going to try and resto them this spring it'll be a fun thread :D

I posted on here that I lost them when I moved over a year ago unfortunately :( Along with ALL my time slips from previous cars which sucks way more :(

BUT I am going to dyno again this month at some point, maybe as close as this friday.

I only ever abuse the car in second gear lol. First gear is over so fast, second is good, third is aweeeesome but I always make sure to take my time putting it into 3rd. After 3rd I rarely get on it, because I'm already going fast enough to get me in a lot of trouble (Especially here in Ontario :( )

Pics and possible video will be up next week at some point. IIRC I have some pics from another cartuning car on the hoist as well I can post up.

Why have a modded car if you're not going to beat on it and abuse it??? I beat the ever living p1ss out of my car, put it up wet, pull it out of the garage and repeat the process. I know of at least 2 people who have blown up built G-Force trannies too. I wouldn't bet on them being a solid answer to the problem. Stalled stock auto > any T-5.

I don't know... everyone with a stall says they're great for the track and just as fun on the streets.

                    Re: confused ...

Auto's are just plain boring to me. If it was a dedicated drag car I would go auto in a heart beat, but on the street very boring IMO.

Why have a modded car if I don't abuse it? I still have FUN with it, I just don't abuse it. If I did I would have been through a few trannies and rear ends by now. I'll still do roll runs and what not with my buddies. Just haven't done a lot of dig races, I drive the car like a normal person day to day and haven't been to the track with it yet.

lol, a time slip doesn't prove if i'm "looking" for 13's, 12's or 9's.. i just got my car together and will be taking it to the track, but all we have is an 1/8mi track.

Somewhat true. With mine I have Trans go at Stage 2 with Corvette Servo...I have a 3000 stall with Intense Racing 1x Turbo Cam... as long as I dont give it much gas, not much difference... but daily driving I do notice the gas mileage go down a bit, but I feel its worth it when I hook up and blow the V8s gotta the whole with ease... having 65lbs injectors helped too :)
