Re: Which is a better PD pulley?
Alm. will start to warp when it gets hot, so I always used steel, the guys where I bought my pullies from always said to go with steel.08' L76 6.0L 4X4 Chevy EXT.Cab LTZ Vortec MAX with Snug top cover, Dynomax exhaust,Hptuners& K&N intake

Re: Which is a better PD pulley?
I also hear that steele grips the belt better whereas aluminum would slowly/gradually wear out and the grip gets more loose.
Anyway, thanks for the input. Steele is a bit expensive but I think I'll go for it.
