What belt do I buy for the powerdyne/Rksport supercharger. For what car does the belt go for. I am looking to replace the kit's belt for a Gator belt, but dont know what type I get. Do I need to just measure it out

It runs on the backside (smooth side) of the stock belt.Robert - owner www.FirebirdV6.com/CamaroV6.com

The Gates belt is just as good as the Gator belt. I believe the kit from RKSports already comes with that. Back then when James who design that kit from Vector Perf. was trying out different belts. I told him the Gates belt is the best one. He's been using that ever since. If you need the model # or something just let me know.

The belt is 104 1/2 inches long. The part # is 1045k6 for a Dayco Belt, but I recommend getting a Gates(don't know part#). That belt size fits the 94-95 mustang cobra, so just ask for that application if the parts guy doesn't know how to measure the belt. Right know, I'm running a 103.8 inch Gates belt so I can maintain the 9 lb of boost I'm running. Anyways, go with Gates. I've been through 4 belts, and Gates seem to hold up the best, however, the kelly springfield belt from Autozone, has the best backside grip, in my opinion.
