Ok, can somebody give me a list of all the things needed to build a turbo set up good for about 13-15 lbs of boost, it would be greatly appreciated

intercooler, piping, turbo, fuel pump, (injecters or an fmu), boost gagues, blow off valve, wastegate, i would do pistons for that much boost also.
I dunno a whole lot, that seems like a bit much boost to be running that much constantly. Something internally will break i think. Im not the one to ask though.
Go read maximum boost by corky bell, i have not read it but i gurrentee the next person to post will tell you that. By the way your SOOOO much better off buying a FFF kit. If you need to ask what your going to need my guess is you will be incapable of building a kit yourself.

If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be doing it yourself. Buy a kit.

Maxiumium boost has great instalation and build up tips mainly.
It dosen't go deep into turbo science.

It dosen't have all the tips but more info on other things.
I say they go great together.
