One more tip - once in a while, maybe once a month or so - the engine would want to idle high (like 2500 rpms) when I'd come to stop. Even if I put it in neutral.
If I'd turn the car off, then back on, it would be fine again. I could do that while the car was still rolling in neutral, so I wouldn't even have to come to a stop to correct it.
I think it was something flaky with my pcm, and with it being an automatic too. Thanks for the clarification on your old system, John. Maybe I forgot you were getting as much as 12 psi with that rig. It that case it could be scary to go with stock injectors and pump.

Alright soo I am starting to get a little mad with the guy in at the shop. He has had to car 2 weeks now and has only found that he thinks my car needs a higher output fuel pump. I think i could have let the car sit for two weeks and decided that for myself. Alls i wanted him to do was look over everything and make sure everything was running okay. Hopefully though i will get it back tomorrow though so I dont have to deal with it anymore. By the way, I am thinking about gettin a blow off valve and was wondering if any universal valve will work.98 Camaro-Powerdyne S/C, Bilstein, Mtx, Rk Sport, B&M, Jet chips, Texas Speed, G2, BMR, etc etc

SO now it seems as though a new problem has arose. I heard a rattling noise coming from somewhere around the supercharger. Well i thought it was the Tensioner pulley so i swapped it out with another one. Well it was still there after that and under closer inspection i found that it was coming from the supercharger and/or its pulley. It rattles through out the whole rpm range too. It may be the pulley bolt. I had a rattling sound one time, was sure it was the bearings, ordered a rebuild kit, only to find out the pulley was just a little loose... The keyway on that pulley is just a little big, and if the bolt isn't really tight, it lets the pulley load and unload on the shaft. I don't remember for sure if I put locktite on the bolt threads again, the last time I had it off. Or if you (or the in-between owner...) have had it off, then you may have to put some blue locktite on the bolt threads again and let it set up for 24 hours.

It's also got 1 or 2 spacers behind the pulley, you need to keep those on there to keep the alignment right. Alright thanks. I will try and see if can tightening it up some. Im guessing it will be easiest to tighten if i take the supercharger off and do it that way right? Also i was wondering about a BOV. I think it would be easier to get a torque wrench on it, with it on a bench. Plus you don't have to worry about the spacers falling out. You'll need a strap wrench to hold the pulley while you tighten the bolt. Harbor Freight, Big Lots, etc. have rubber strap wrenches pretty reasonable.
I haven't fooled with a BOV yet myself. I may put one on my turbo eventually. But those will "stall", where a blower can't really stall with a belt still turning it.
