Sounds good to me. If you could do it I will probably be in the market for power adders in about a year.

Some of my concerns would be:
-I dont wanna have to change alot of stock parts right away to make the turbo work. Some new things will have to be incorporated but alot just helps out. I'd rather upgrade as I go type of deal
-With that in mind, I want expandability and variation. basically, race time, up the boost really high, then back it down easily for normal street use.
-everything should come with the kit: plugs wires, boost control, guages, all that good stuff. if that can be incorperated into the cost then that would be so much better!
-and last, if it was twin turbo I'd buy it over Batman's supercharger. But right now it doesnt look like a strong competator. everone know's sc vs turbo, sc takes off the line and its harder for the turbo to catch up unless its a long race.
But then again, I've heard you can only run 10psi of boost on stock internals, so that would even the 2 kits out quite a bit!
anyway... thanks for reading all my BS :/

compitition is good, it lowers the price

Turbo spool up time can be minimized greatly. All you have to do is rev up some right before you get up to the line. The BOV will let air circulate and the turbo will remain spooled for a time.

I would buy the tubing, but I think the full kit would be too expesive.

Well,I have located a test mule thanks to a board
member.I should start the fab up in less than 2
weeks.I will offer a entry level kit and a all out
kit.I will only sell a complete kit not just the
pipe work. The reason is we build turbos & kits. I
also dont want people to end up with a smoked motor or a poor running car because of miss matched turbos. If you get the pipe and run into a
problem I need to be able to help.I cant try and
fix a problem when I dont what you have. When a
car goes to the track with a turbo that runs
slower than stock this doesnt sell me another kit
it looks bad on me.This is what kills a Company!
Mr.Coffee I think you are miss informed blowers
are the ones that play the catch up game.I want
to please every one and I think once some dyno
are in my reasons will be clear for a complete
kit and not peice parts. When a person orders a
kit we will talk about your goals and get you there.
Thanks,Keith

2 Questions.

-What exactly is the deal with the PCM programming. I have not read anything concrete as to what will be included in terms of comoputer programming.

-Where can we see soem more of your work, it seems liek you have a lot of projects out there, can we see them and results?

Thanks, and good luck

and you said around 3500 for the kit, and 10 would be the min order. Well, what if there's more than 10 orders, does that mean the price will go down?

I will post some pics when I can.A twin kit gets
into alot of added cost I am in this now with the
truck kit.If more than 10 the price will always
get better. This is only if I have people comit
not just say yes.The 3.8 will be built!I will get
the test car in about 2 weeks and I will get the
material orderd this week.Keep the feed back commin!

hrmmmm jsut to let everyone know how much a turbo kit can be made for is less then 2k yes thats doing some work yourself and having a friend that welds or a hook up on someone that is gonna weld

basicly its only gonna cost around 1000 for a kit that he is gonna sell for 3500

yes 1000 for a kit when you have the hookup on turbos (ie a seller of turbos)brand new turbos sell for no more then 400 to him but most of us see the 700 dollar price on them thats why he wants to sell it as a kit because he makes ALOT more selling it as a kit instead of just tubing

if its costing 3500 for a kit it better have new headers, and custom pcm programing at minimum otherwise i wouldnt ever consider it. #1 whats he gonna do for the people with manifolds? manifold + turbo= ****y turbo system and a cheap *** turbo system

dude you could atleast hook us up i think your getting kinda greddy trying to make 20K+ off of just the first 10 kits when hell if we know how good it will do

ohh yea something you need to think about: The ATI kit had 10 beta testers that put a deposite down, how many have backed out of it (alot over 10 i beleve there is still actully someone trying to sell their deposite) it would be atleast till next summer before really anyone could actully pay for the kit more like next year and thats with proving the kit works now

Why i know all this stuff? because i myself was going to do it. I have done lotssssssss of research and spent lotssssss of time thinking about this. do you even know how much is safe to boost on our motors? do you know how our pvc system is setup and what your gonna do about fixing it? and just for ****s and giggles how are you going to route the headers to the turbo to where the turbos have oil gravity feed (ie. you cant put them right after the headers on our cars stock) and keeping the a/c and running a 3" down pipe to the rear? we dont have as much room as turbo buicks on the sides of our engins so you cant do it there. some just questions i qould find some answeres to first.

yes if you build it people will buy it in time especilly if it is proven to work. i dought you can find 10 people to be beta testers and be able to pay the 3500 in a couple months. and again how are you gonna do the pcm's #1 you have to change the fuel curve and timeing, change the intector pulse rate and remove the speed limiter (would be gay to have a 118 mph limiter on a turbo car) and people are gonna want programming for other stuff like their gears too
