I hope this solves some of my problems. I read throught the instructions a little bit and there are 2 adjustments. The onset of boost adjustment I am not familiar with, does anybody know what the purpose of this adjustment for?

Does it adjust WHEN or rather AT WHAT boost level the fmu starts to kick in? You know..set to a 1 psi threshold and it will not kick in until the FMU sees MORE than 1 psi of boost and at that point it starts multilpyng the Fuel pressure by the RATIO you set it to??
