SC HP #'s vs LS1 swap

Personally, I like the idea of getting a brand new $15k dollar car like the v6, modifying it all the way around from the suspension to the drive train to exterior and interior mods. In the end get a modest SC that won't kill the motor for that extra boost of power, or nitrous for that matter. You'll have a much better all around car and in my opinion a much nicer driver all for the same money you'll spend for a stock LS1.
But to go full bore on a v6 soley for keeping up with the LS1, ah, just get an LS1 for that.
