I have a 1998 Firebird and i just finish putting a powerdyne on it but now i need to put the timing retard unit but i cant find one i bouth the one Boost Timing Master from MSD but i was told by MSD that it dont work on our cars, then i went to buy the TRC 1 unit from Crane cams but i went to their web site and it sayd that (unit is not compatible whith odd firing v6 ) what is the meaning of that will are ours 3.8 v6 odd firing enigines or not.

You recived the file that I sent to you about that did you not? I thought that I sent it to ya, showing you how to hook it up.
I know that it says on the site that it wont work, but I installed it on mine, and it worked as advertised.

I hope it helps you to know the oddfire 3.8 was the old old old one... The next up was the even fire, then the series II [img]smile.gif[/img]
