Okay guys i need some serious information, I want to know because ive been researching turbo's and Superchargers it seems the supercharger is more wear and tear on your motor and the turbo puts out more hp but it has lag.. so I want to know what do you guys think and where is the best place to buy either of them.. and how much wear and tear do both of them cause on your motor thanks guys! I need some serious hp gains and im done playing around with the little stuff...

This has been debated a lot. Here are some facts and opinions. Unless you go insane with the turbo then lag shouldn't be an issue at all. It's overrated.
There are two choices for a supercharger. ATI produced a kit for $4,000 and there is a Powerdyne kit for $3,000. There hasn't been much talk about the ATI kit, but the Powerdyne has proven to be durable, even at higher boosts.
There is only one commerically (garage) produced turbo kit. It's the kit from Force Fed Fabrications. It has proven to put down some big numbers, but has yet to produce any really good times for the 3.8L crowd.
Now for the opinion part. The supercharger will be easier to maintain, but you are limited in the boost. I haven't seen anyone go over 12 psi myself. There are a few turbo guys that are shooting for 400+ hp. A supercharger is instant boost, but the torque making potential the turbo has makes up the difference in my opinion. Plus the lag is almost nonexistant, especially in an automatic.
FYI I have a brand new FFF turbo kit for sale in the for sale section if you are interested.
