looks like he just got every ones hopes up oh well screw iti dont think there would have been room for a turbo where the cat is any way maby right above where the y pipe joins ( that is where i am measureing to maby put a t-3 or hybrid ) i have pics and measurements of the compartment im talking about and i believe ther is just enough room for it with out a big problem of routing pipes, and i dunno but i may be able to keep my ac =D, but then again i may lose it so i have the extra horcies =D any way ill be getting a job soon and start buying parts, and ill be using a friend of my dads lift and he has a tig welder, and pple dont bash me for not having a turbo installed by some one, because i just watched a friend install one him self and his car is running better than it ever has we are both smart pple and know not to push our stock internals over the limit so if i actualy figure out where im putting it and such ill scan the drawing and measurements and get some advice and what yall think and such any way l8rz

Dude, if you put the turbo in the back of the engine the compressed air tube that goes into the intercooler and ultimately into the TB is going to be sooooo long and have to go by the engine to get where it's going. This means two things. 1) It's going to take longer for the turbo's to spool up because pressure is constant over a given area. Bigger the area, longer it takes to build up a certain amount of pressure in that area. 2) The air is going to be heated up a ****load by the engine. Your best bet is to put the turbo in front of the engine so that the compressed air tube is short (faster spool up time) and it doesn't get as much heat soak.

I've learned one thing -- never assume anyone can or will do anything until they give you an example of their work.

He needed to at least give us some pictures of his work. Even better would have been a beta kit.

All in all, I take a "Put up or shut up" attitude w/ people coming around saying they are going to do this or that.

Batman is the only person that has been working HARD to come through for us. I do mean HARD. Its been rough getting that kit through, but it looks like its finally coming to fruition.

stock v6 cam, at first i origionaly thoguth that also, then i looked at a 300 zx twin turbo and that is the same area of setup the turbos are slightly more torward the engine, the more area of compressed air shouldnt give a noticeble additional lag, most stock turbo cars i have seen have ither beside or farther back of the engine, but also most have been imports, im still drawing up plans like i said i was going to do, when i finaly get it put on, i will scan the plans for every one to see and get Constructive critisizm
