I have a Saab but never installed it. After analyzing it. I think it wouldn't be all that efficient. It is too small and too constricting. You'll definately loose some boost.
Plus I did the water flow test with the hose. Pressure from the water going in is high and coming out becomes alot less.
Plus you have to take it to a shop to modify the intake and outlet pipes.
