Just so i have a clear idea in my head of who is still testing...
Out of my original list here is everyone that has NOT sent me e-mail to tell me they are backing out:

For anyone who was a tester and no longer wants to participate. Please find a replacement tester. Kaygee08 had a lot of luck on ebay.
PROCESS FOR FINDING A REPLACEMENT TESTER:
1) find a replacement
2) Gather his or her info: First and Last Name, Address, Phone number, e-mail address, and FAX number if he or she has it.
3) E-mail me and CC your replancement with a message stating that your replacement has sent YOU $300.00 to cover the deposit. PLease provide your replacement's info in the e-mail
4) I will then call and e-mail the replacement with a Beta Info sheet just like you recieved.
5) i will give the info sheet to MACH PEFORMANCE
6) MACH PEFORMANCE will then replace your info on your receipt and mail or fax to your replacement a new receipt with the same rules and with a statement that they are your replacement.
Let me remind you what was written on the receipts from MACH PEFORMANCE:

As you can clearly see on your receipts you received, they are not from are not from RYAN or BATMAN. That was done for a three fold reason.
1) It was done to protect your deposit because it is being backed up by a business and not some joe shmo like me off the interent.
2) It was done for my protection so that i won't be held responsible for your deposit since i do not have a registered Tax ID or have a business that can give me legal rights to hold your deposit.
3) It was also done for the protection of MACH PEFORMANCE so that they are in no way liable for any dumb posts i make - like i made the other day. Instead they are only held accountable by the receipts they sent you.
My role is only to provide my vehicle for developement for alpha testing and to answer any questions or concerns you may have on MACH PEFORMANCE's behalf throught the developement,testing and installation process.
Again i am not responsible in any way for the 300.00 deposit that they hold nor for the agreements on the receipts that you have made with them because of it. All deposits made were given to MACH PEFORMANCE and a reciept was mailed out for your proof that they recieved your deposit. If you wish to break your contract early, You will have to take up your concerns with Mach Peformance www.machpeformance.com or 586-468-6300. As they are the onces who are developing, making, and selling you the kit mentioned in the receipts.
KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN YOU CALL THEM THAT THE KIT IS STILL BEING MADE SO ACCORDING TO THE RECEIPT MACH PEFORMANCE IS NOT LEGALLY BOUND TO GIVE YOU A REFUND.
STEVE PRESLEY. YOU will recieve a receipt by fax TODAY. I contacted MACH PEFORMANCE and said to fax you the reciept at the number you gave me in your Betatester info sheet. In fact i am holding a copy of the receipt in my hands right now.
