Yeah I would do a good gear, and an LSD, a better clutch, and some nice tires. Is your exhaust suitable enough for a turbo? Good luck. ;)

Tiago (the guy who make the kit on this board) should chime in soon

but to answer your qustion, the kit is a full bolt one everything you need is inculuded.

no he does not use turbo headers, uses a custom y pipe. becuase to make turbo headers for our car would be costly and the main reason i think it would be harder to install the kit and you would have to remove power sterring and AC

the kit he sells you dont have to remove a thing bolt it in and

supposedly the 3.8 kit by FFF is pretty reliable.

all parts are quality parts. radcat (3.8 prototype car) has had his on his car for what? a year now, no problems. he even pushed 14 psi with higher octane no problems.

im sure you will need to upgrade Some parts such as fuel pump (included in the kit i believe) and if you have a manual, upgrading the clutch is highly recommended. and depending on how you want your intercooler mounted you may need to cut your front nosecone for a front mount type setup.

but for speed AND reliability. you cant go wrong with the 7-8 psi settings.

and forward sweeping headers wont necessarily yeild you your ac or powersteering. i dont think shane took out his ac nor PS. but he did that totally custom, and took him quite a while to complete.

also, cutout or not, you can always just run open downpipe.. i cant imagine the exhaust being too extreme considering the turbo deadens the sound and acts like a resonator.

that way, you can ditch the whole exhaust making a nice weightloss

the kit bolts on to 00 and newer exaust manifolds. These flow well and wont leak.

so pretty much all i will have to buy is the tubular headers a clutch and a high flow cat if i don't run open downpipe? lsd would be good too? but is that about right ya'll?

also, if i didn't want to put the intercooler FFF supplies, has anyone ever tried using an air to water intercooler? it looks like the way FFF mounts their intercoolers it could affect the cooling of the radiator?

there is no way to can fit a pump for the air to water in our motor bay,

the inter cooler does not block the flow for the raitor it, it uses air hitting the front of the car, the radotir gets its air from under the car, that why you have the HUGE scoop under there

won't do anything. air goes in the ICr and back out, to make car more of a sleeper you mount it under there....
