• 2.6" pulley= 10psi

Well I finally got the 2.6" grooved pulley put on and it is outstanding. In 1st gear I was getting 7psi and when I hit 2nd it shot up to 10 psi and it just stayed there until I shifted to 3rd gear. But heres where I had a problem, at the top of 2nd gear when I was about to shift, I heard the engine making some funny noises under the hood, I think it might be because I don't have my walbro 255 in yet and it might be running lean, I don't know but I think I'll put the walbro in very soon . Thanks again John D for redesigning the belt, what a huge difference it makes.

right now I only have the 6lb pully that comes with the kit..

Once I get comfertable with the car.. and get it intercooled, get a bov, and tuned I will push it up to the 10lb pully.. and I will do the JD wrap.. then leave it at that..

I am soo close to finishing my install Its making me crazy..

what do you have left to do? The only thing I want now is the HP Tuner software.

I am looking at a few..

To be honest I have been doing side work for a new shop thats gunna give me a awsome deal on one.. so.. I am gunna go with whatever they sell me.. before that I was looking into the turboXS type-s.. its like $100 and They are literaly 2 miles form my house.. I was talking to one of the guys there jermaine, who is a memeber of my local car club.. he said its the best one the sell.. its just not as loud as others..

I got the walbro 255 that TSP sells.. not too sure if its the high pressure one or not.. I "think" it is.. its not a huge differnece anyway..

I would get a BOV if i was running 10 lbs.. powerdyne reccomends it..

Do you know with the Bov, do you let it vent in to the atmosphere or do you recirculate it into the intake(pressurized side) or where your air filter is at(side)?

I am jsut gunna vent it to atmosphere.. I am lazy like that..

I am only in it for protecting the throttle body and the blower..

here
http://www.turboxs.com/type-s_blow_off_valve.htm

check out the little diagram on that page.. and pretend the turbo isent there..

I dont think that valve supports return.. it looks like an atmosphere only setup..

you can get it in other colors besides purple too..

If the bov is before the maf sensor that works fine. It's probably even better than recirculating. The only time you really need to recirculate is if the bov is after the maf sensor.

Be careful until you get that upgraded fuel pump in there. You need it at 10psi for sure.
