Opinions on the HKS SSQ BOV

I picked one up from a friend and I put it on and not sure if I like how it sounds.....its a good quality bov and can hold lotta pressure....the sound it makes is liek a high pitched whistle.....for those who have heard it what do u think? keep it or go with something else?

I have one, you can take the Polished cover off of the unit and take the 3 blade whistle off and put it together. They also have 2 other whistles availible one produces a low pitched deep blow off and the other produces an even louder high pitched whistle. So I say keep it.

I believe a short wushing sound of air blowing off no high pitched whistle. The whistle is in there because alot of people like that loud sound, especially the import tuner people which that valve is marketed. I think I heard it was one of the loudest blow off valves, but also one of the best.
