thats cuz ur gettin old on us not cuz of the sound =) Depends! for every member under #1000

However that is one of the best blowoff sounds I've heard yet. What is it exactly?

greddy type s can have some sticking issues. what hks bov are you using? I rana super sequential for years with no problems, the greddy had to be taken apart and cleaned twice while I had it.

the only major benefit I saw from the greddy was that it could be rerouted to the intake much easier than the hks ( you have to buy an adapter for the hks ), but then this is really only a benefit if you are running a maf based system in a draw through setup. if you are running a MAF in a blow through setup, or using speed density, then you can vent to atmosphere with no ill effects.

oh, and the mounting flange was much nicer to deal with than the snap ring setup for the hks, which was a total PITA.

I liked the sounds of that car more than that of the BOV...

Sounds a little too loud and high pitched to me. More like a whistle than a whoosh.
