    some of you~ might know...

    how manytimes i had detonation to my engine..

    it was 3times....

    firt i messed TRC-1..so that was caused..

    but..in second.. third.... i coulnt...

    know.. what was made my engine detonated...

    everything..was... right...but...

    my engine was detonated...

    so i guessed the cause.. ware

    high boost with low octane gas..

    but... finelly it seems... i got what made

    my engine.. detonated...

    the enswer.. was ECU~

    when i messed.. TRC-1... there is 5 wires from

    TRC-1.. and 2wires... goes white wire from ECU

    but i attached 2wires ..to white wire from ECU

    wrongly... and.. 1 the other wire shoul be..taped..

    but.. i attached it to some wire...


    so that made ECU hit
    when i opend ecu lead was melted..

    sorry.. to explain...os too hard for me..

    i cant explain..anyway..

    this time.. i am going with..

    9psi, 8.5:1 forged iternals..,welbro 255,maft,

    cia headers,fmu,3"manaflow..muffler,slp 1.8 rockers.

    intercooler and.. ECU tuning from matt~

    hehet~ i got new ECU actually it was used..

    when matt checked my ECU.. he said.. the ECU

    is bad~~~~

    so he got newone.. and reprogram

    so i got it yesterday~

    on next monday... i will tast my car..

    i hope it works..well..

    hmm.. i am so anxious... that i can beat lt1

    or not~ hehet~ and.. how big hospower..

    i can get~ with this setup~

    and.. what mod shoul i have to go~~~~~~

    if i boost more than now...

    like 12psi..... hmm. shoul i have to reprogram..

    my ECU? again? or.. can i make works well with

    just fmu,maft ?

    I would not adjust any of the timing with a seperate controller, it is right at where it will need to be. You could adjust some fuel if you see it needing more, but be careful as going lean will cause yu to detonate again. Have fun, glad you finally got the PCM back!

      and.. now my car is far from here...

      so next monday~ i will get my car back..

      at that time.. i can start my car..hehet~

              hmm... its not popular..

              our f-body's image to korean..is...

              cheap, havy gas, much trouble, weak performace..

              but maintain our car in korea...

              it is totally defferent if compare with korean..car

              its not easy... we have to spend much mony..to

              repair and tax

              but when we buy used f-body~ 97-95

              it is cheap~ but.. after someone got it..

              they have to spend.. much money to repair it..

              heheht~ so that's why it is not.. popular in kreoa


              they like just our f-body's style.. like mucle..

              espicially new 5generation f-body...we like..

              its more mordern..than 4gen..

              but. i like 4gen... [img]smile.gif[/img]

              some people... sneer at us..

              but usually they didnt have a chance to get our

              car~


              in our f-body's we usually.. have few of 3.4

              usually 3.8 and rarelly 5.7

              so.. 3.4 and 3.8's performance.. is.. not..

              good if compare with korean tuning car~

              like tiburon or tuscany turbo...

              even n/a tuning car can beat us..

              because they are light~ and we usually have a4

              but thay are m5

              hehet~ anyway.. we have major american mucle car

              1 is my B.K(bird korea)club..and the other is

              R.T(rolling thunder)club..

              i think in kora f-body number is totall under

              100

              its not.. many...

              we have just 1 firehawk~ he is my friend..

              very few WS-6... like 3cars? or 5cars...hehet~

              and.. some few trans-am...

              they are our pride... but..

              tunign f-body.. is too too too very very very..

              hard in korea.. oh~ god~

              when we want to get tuning part..

              it might usually 1month or 2month it takes

              usually 3weeks..

              so slow..and.. in america it is cheap i think..

              but.. when we import your tuning part..

              it is expensive for us..

              we have to add tax, shipping fee,handling fee..

              too much...

              so.. just 3person tuning our car~

              include me.. --;

              our f-body's market~ is small..so we know..

              everything..hehet~

              also.. we dont have supercharged american car..

              1 of my friend.. now processing import 6.7liter

              engine with supercharger.. to 4gen covette..

              and 1 of my friend.. had powerdyne supercharger..

              but.. he couldnt success..

              i am second person atempt to useing supercharger

              to our 3.8's engine..in korea..

              but i detonated 3times.. my engine..so.

              many of 5.7friend.. laught at me.. so im sad..

              it was something wrong..but i couldnt find..

              finally it seems i got it what was wrong..

              but still it is not clear before i start my car..

              on monday~

              my supercharger setting goal is beat lt-1

                  Woojong, you did a trans am body kit? What else do you have in that car?

                  That's a nice looking convertable.

                  It might not be reliable with some of the Japanese and Korean cars you have there but it certainly looks better. I bet you get alot of stares with that car.

                    yup~ i did a transam-bodykit~ with ram air hood..

                    soon.. i will get ramair induction system..

                    and..what else..are..

                    good full audio system, 9psi p/d supercharger,

                    slp F1? full suspension kit(i just change spring

                    to eibach prokit)

                    and CIA with magnaflow..muffler..

                    soon i will have nice tips, wheels,light(hid system)

                    hehet~

                    appearance is stock 4gen trans ram-air~ i think..

                    the coler is dark red

                    my performance.. tuning's purpose..is 13'car..

                    beat lt-1 hehet~ ^^
