Procharger Pulley

I'm trying to remove the 7 psi pulley and install the 10 psi pulley for my ATI kit but the pulley is stuck on the stud. I obviously removed the bolt and washer but its still don't want to come off. Anybody have any ideas?

Pulley puller. You can get them at any auto store like checker or autozone.

yep, a two claw pulley puller.
getting the pulley off is the easy part. getting the pulley back on is trickier.

you can try warming up the new pulley in an over to cause it to expand. a little oil on the gear shaft and woodruff key as well to help the new pulley on.

once you get it tapped or pressed in a ways you can use the pulley bolt to 'press' the new pulley on.

if you have to tap the pulley then i suggest wood dowel.

dont let the pulley pullers center point ruin the threads inside the pulley 'shaft.' you can mount the pulley pullers center 'press' to the stock bolt..just keep backing out the bolt a bit to give more and more clearance for the pulley to be pulled of the gear shaft.
