How long have you had your 6lb powerdyne on your car with no problems? I have one in my garage waiting to install and want to know about reliability.

You usually wont have problems with only 6lbs. I had 9lbs for a while, but I used to belts over one another blah blah blah, it was so long ago.

I mean if you want to say almost 3,000 for only 6lbs, be my guest. Just doesn't seem worth all the money, with minimal gains.

Some people arent looking to be Stefan ya know? Maybe 6lbs would be totally sufficient and worth the money to him? Im not trying to piss you off here but if you responded with that to MY post...that would pretty much ruin some of my fun and excitement about supercharging the car. AT ANY RATE i doubt youll have any problems with reliability running 6lbs of boost. There are a Small but growing number of people with powerdynes that have experienced little or no problems with it in the long term. As long as you dont run more than 6lbs of boost i think youll be fine for a long time.

I agree with Jason, a 6lbs is better and more reliable for your car.

I am only second to Shirl for having it the longest and I have not have any problems with it. I know the 2 Eds who are running 9 and over and they have developed major bugs. Ed himself doesn't recommend 9 because he notice the wear and tear.

I notice a couple bugs when I got mine from Vector but this because of 8lbs boost but in time I got it to 6lbs and it was well again.

6lbs is good power. I have beaten LT1's and LS1 with it and the more mods I put in the more the performance increases. Right now I need to work on fuel upgrades.
