ok bird_of_prey i dont see why you are going balistic over something that doesnt even apply to you...
if we choose to make a mistake and try to install a m90 on a fbody then its OUR mistake and NOT YOURS, so please dont blow a gasket you arent in any position to do so, as far as banning newbies with attitudes i dont think your attitude towards this situation is very productive, and at the least it might be seen as counter-productive, so just leave it alone and you wont get flamed by everyone because it may just be my personal oppinion but i think you are acting like an a** to a friend of mine and i dont appreciate it

I think it could work. Will it bolt right on? Probably not. Will he run into other issues, probably so. But whats the worst that can come of this with respect to everyone? If he shares his experiences, everyone will know a little more. As long as he doesn't mind being a guinea pig, what the heck is your problem?

I assure you if he were able to get this to work without too much work, alot of you will be hounding him for info. I commend him for thinking out of the box, where it leads, no one knows.

Yeah a whipple would be more power, but those are $. I could get them for 1300 if I were to buy 10 at a time. Yeah, I have done a little research.


Oh, about the crank thing, get a GTP crank pulley, problem solved.

Dee i belive a couple people have seen bradlys post that he wants to go 200mph i think thats why people are puting him down that hes not going to go 200mph on an M90 roots type blower would you not agree i think thats why people have been saying it cant be done not that a M90 wouldnt be good for us to keep up with Lt1s and walk gts we are saying for what he wants to achive in the end an M90 is not the way to go and if hes actully gonna spend 3k on a custom crank spending a couple more grand on a better s/c shouldnt be a problem no? and if he wants to go 200mph hes gonna need atleast 600hp which i highly dought a M90 could do right?

BOY! Does this ever sound familiar. Wasn't there another board member who is no longer with us who was getting this same kind of **** over his ideas. ;) I guess some of the people on this board will never ever be understanding about other people's ideas. Until then i say good luck man, maybe someday you can prove everybody wrong, but either way it will not become a trend to build these super V6's because most people lack the funds and desire to do it. We shall see how many super V6's actually get made, but I have my goals for the car as does everyone, but just remember this, the higher your goals the more room you have to succeed.
