What is the typical cost to install a powerdyne supercharger on a 3.8L? I was just quoted 18 hours @ $75.00/hr and thought that was way too much. I'm going to get some more quotes because I have been told it's more like a 6-7 hr job. Thanks.

It can be done yourself. We have an install document from our very own Mcaanda. We have just been getting around to putting it up. There is a PDF version and an HTML version. So watch for them soon.

Have an install party -- promise each dude a case of beer, $20, and a chance to drive. That'll get you all the hands you need. (you only need one pair).

I met a guy named Joe Palermo at the track last year. He had a 2K V6 Camaro with the Powerdyne setup, and was running low 14's. Said the guy who created the kit (James from Vector Performance) flew out from California and installed it for him, at a cost of $500.
And that included adapting the kit (designed for 95-97 cars) for his 2000 style intake.
So, yeah, I'd say $1350 is a bit too much.
