you're running a bit rich. do u have a adj. fpr? if so, lower the psi a little bit and check the plugs again after a while.

I bet the bank 2 o2 sensor is bad and is in "safe mode" just dumping fuel in.

both my banks look worse then that
          but my O2s are fine.

the pcm doesn't read O2s at WOT, it dumps fuel according to a programmed table.

The pictures are not in focus....I can't really see that well...but bank 1 looks fine....looks pretty normal....

I have no idea how the V6 EFI works.....why do the sides vary so much? You using datalogging software to tune?

dyno the car, see if you can drop fuel pressure a little and still have full timing, or whatever timing u've programmed in via ignition or pcm mods. also, try cleaning out the motor. I know that there's some stuff out there that'll disolve most of the carbon in the injectors, valves, combustion chambers, and ports. That might help too.

Here's a remote theory. which side of the manifold is the EGR at? perhaps that is affecting airflow a lot and causing some cylinders to get a lot of air and tohers not as much. maybe trimming the EGR input in the intake manifold would help. I know that people do it on LS1's mostly and a few on 3.8's, and it seems to get the V8's 3-4 hp. maybe since ur running that much air thru ur motor, u might wanna see if that's the problem as well. Just a thought.....

one bank is probably leaner than the other because of how fuel flows through the fuel rails. On most stock fuel rails by the time it gets around to the last cylinders pressure starts to drop. That is the biggest reason that people put EGT guages taped into the exaust runner of last injector on the line because it always runs the hottest out of all the cylinders.

sounds like you need to upgrade that Rail.

Fyi, bank one looks really normal for a FI car's plugs.

True, the o2 don't do anything at WOT but 90% of driving most people do is at part throttle.
