Where are the other forced induction kits mounting their intercoolers? I'm trying to find the best spot but blocking the radiator isn't the most appealing idea to me, anyone have any other suggestions? Comments?

Even if you do decide to mount the intercooler in front of the radiator, it wont make a real big difference. Front mount intercoolers have really bid air passages between the fins so air can flow efficiently through the intercooler to the radiator. Top mount isnt efficient enough to cool a twin turbo application, and if the kit were to hit the market, it wouldnt be universal. Yeah I talked to some LS1 turbo guys about it a bit and figured out what I'm going to do, I'll mock up some diagrams later.
What I was HOPING for was to purchase two OEM takeoff Talon/Eclipse turbo intercoolers, weld them together, and basically have a single, dual opposite side inlet, top outlet front mount intercooler. Yeah, that's confusing, here look at this.

IMO that would be the best design ^ too bad it won't fit on my application, I went out with a ruler and found that I won't have nearly enough clearance for top outlet because of the stock radiator, ect.
Next idea is to Y them together pre-intercooler and run it in the passenger end and out the drivers end then around the radiator and up..suggestions? It looks like a good idea, but the problem is that you can only get the DSM intercooler in 1 way. Your photoshop looks good, but how are youn going to reverse the talon intercooler in real life? They only have 1 intercooler. I have a set of 3000GT VR4 intercoolers if you want I can sell them to you. There is plenty of pipe to cut and weld on them, and they are a good size for a twin turbo because they came off of a twin turbo. Intercooler's- to my knowledge, are reversible- are they not?
My plan is to cut out the front license plate support and then hack into the bumper support, and place the IC right there, similar to this design: http://www.turbo-ws6.com/car9.jpg

I always run 93, and I have MSD DIS4 which retards the timing at the RPM I set it to, and I am going to buy the boost retard addon to the MSD which retards the ignition as the boost pressure increases. About your manifolds, you have cast iron manifolds, and modifying them isnt easy and safe.
